Any type of house party, event venue that allows alcohol for your event, outdoor events and any other celebration where alcohol is allowed on the premises. Here are a list of events we have bartended:

A signed agreement and a 50% deposit are required to officially book your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. Once booked, your package, staffing, and planning time are secured and preparation begins right away.

Each Sips & Sage event includes advance planning, staffing coordination, menu preparation, and logistics well before the event day. Because we accept a limited number of bookings to maintain a high-quality experience, the deposit allows us to dedicate those resources to your event and secure your date on our calendar.

Yes, absolutely! Sips & Sage carries a comprehensive $2,000,000 (two million dollar) general liability insurance policy. This is a crucial aspect of our professional service, designed to protect both you, our valued client, and our business in the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances during your event.
 

Our business operates on a “dry hire” basis. This means that you, the client, are responsible for purchasing and providing the alcohol for your event. We provide the professional bartending staff, the expertise in mixing and serving drinks, and depending on your package and needs, the necessary bar tools, mixers (non-alcoholic), garnishes, signature drinks, and setup.

From Davenport and the Four Corners, down to Sebastian and even Vero Beach all the way up to Ormond-By-The-Sea, out to Sanford and around Lake Nona with Winter Park, Downtown Orlando and Kissimmee between! Being located on the Space Coast gives us the ability to get to many event venues or homes without adding extra cost to your event. Better quality service at a lower price is why we get calls from outside Brevard regularly. We don’t price the customer!
Our standard recommendation to ensure efficient and enjoyable service for your guests is one professional bartender for every 75 attendees. This ratio allows our bartenders to keep up with drink orders, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and provide a positive experience for everyone without long wait times. If you have multiple bar locations in mind, we can provide a separate bartender for each bar location at your event regardless of attendee count. If the count is high enough we can staff those multiple bar locations with more than one experienced bartender.

Growing up in Central Florida, I developed a passion for hospitality and mixology. As a mom of three, I took a break from the industry to focus on my family. After moving to the Space Coast area five years ago, I decided to turn my passion into a business.
