The Bartender Matters
These packages are based off of services we offer the most.
We can also offer water stations, champagne pours, wine table services, a second bar setup and more.





A signed agreement and a 50% deposit are required to officially book your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. Once booked, your package, staffing, and planning time are secured and preparation begins right away.
Each Sips & Sage event includes advance planning, staffing coordination, menu preparation, and logistics well before the event day. Because we accept a limited number of bookings to maintain a high-quality experience, the deposit allows us to dedicate those resources to your event and secure your date on our calendar.
Our business operates on a “dry hire” basis. This means that you, the client, are responsible for purchasing and providing the alcohol for your event. We provide the professional bartending staff, the expertise in mixing and serving drinks, and depending on your package and needs, the necessary bar tools, mixers (non-alcoholic), garnishes, signature drinks, and setup.
